Return/Exchange Policy

Exchange/Refund Policy:
  1. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them, to help provide the best experience for our buyers, please review our return/exchange policy. We will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased Online based on the following requirements. 
  2. Return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail.
  3. It is possible to exchange the item or receive a store credit as far as the item(s) be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of your item. Please mail to the Return Address that is on the attached label of the invoice.
  4.  Items purchased on Sale or purchased with a Coupon/Promo Code are non refundable and non exchangeable.  
  5. Please note We will process your return within 7-10* business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method.  We do not refund shipping charges.
  6.  *During peak seasons please allow up to 15 business days for your return to process.
  7. Restocking Fee: Yes. From 10% to 20% of item's price.


Defective Material Policy:
We grant you a Full payment refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 days of purchase date.
-The buyer returns an item they received materially different from what they ordered.
-The buyer receives damaged or defective item.
