The blueprint to Thirtyrack, Our Journey!

CEO, ERICA CAPELLI — To begin her new life as a recovering alcoholic, Erica Marie Capelli attended an outpatient program, several AA meetings at the Alano Club, and multiple fitness sessions in the first year of her recovery. At the lowest point of her alcoholism, she contended with blacked-out suicide attempts and a loss of everything. Despite her struggles during recovery, Erica never lost sight of her aspirations. Her drive toward a new direction came with a goal to become fit and healthy, but ultimately to pass this new wisdom along to others. She sought to inspire people to take control of their health and lives. After fully committing herself to this new lifestyle, Erica took special interest in helping other individuals achieve a healthier lifestyle and transform themselves as she had. She noted after witnessing the great change in her own daily happiness by trading in her bad habits and addictions for an active, healthy lifestyle, the desire for helping others led her to create a sport-based recovery program. Being the passionate individual that she is, she founded THIRTYRACK in 2015. "We carry products that express and serve a wide range of individualism." - Capelli

CEO/Founder

CEO/Co-Owner Eric Juarez— Eric was able to understand the concept of money at an early time in his life. His family did not believe in giving an allowance. So he had to make money on his own. At 11 years old he started walking dogs and mowing lawns. At the age of 15 1/2 he started working for Alpha Beta (if you could go back that far). At eighteen he started his occupation in the world of Healthcare. His first job was at an Alzheimer unit in Escondido California. After that he started working for Scripps Health System as a Medic in the ER and ICU. After 13 years he decided to enter a new occupation. The Auto industry. There he climbed the ladder quickly. Ending up as an Marketing Ambassador for Toyota. But his climb to success was short-lived. Eric had come down with a deadly form of Cancer, Melanoma Lymphoma. Doctors informed him that he had 6-8 months to live with fast growing tumors all over his body and brain. Eric has been in devastating fight for 5 years and he is finally emerging Victorious. The determination that he has learned in his life, he believes can be used towards 30Rack and will be successful helping people go from being a victim of this challenging disease, to being Victorious and Cancer free!
